Nomination Form

Proposals should take into consideration the program objectives and the research priority areas that will be supported. Instructions are included in the forms.

All materials are to be submitted electronically by the deadline of November 16, 2009. A signed version of all documents must also be submitted by regular mail, postmarked no later than the application deadline.

Confirmation of receipt

The Canada Research Chairs Secretariat will send an email to the university contact identified on the application form to confirm the receipt of the nomination.

Decisions

Decisions made by the Tri-Agency Steering Committee are final. No appeals will be considered.
